AeroGlow LLC has fulfilled an order to fit 336 HaLO emergency egress lighting systems (EELS) to SOCOM’s JLTV (Joint Light Tactical Vehicle) platforms. Commissioned by ManTech, the technology will help US soldiers to escape their vehicle quickly and safely in the event of a blast, rollover or water submersion.
AeroGlow LLC’s business development director, Keith White, commented, “SOCOM was the first organisation in the world to recognise the benefits of EELS in mitigating drowning and egress risks. This delivery is a good sign of this continued recognition – it’s the latest in a long line of HaLO systems that we’ve fitted to SOCOM vehicles.
